Children are loved and valued at Journey Covenant Church, and our ministry to kids of all ages is a high priority. For this reason, the Journey Explorers ministry is set aside for taking care of the youngest of our family on Sunday mornings.

Children from newborn up to age 4 can be a part of this vital ministry at Journey Covenant Church. While their older siblings go to Journey Kids, and their parents are in the Worship service, children of this age group can go to the nursery room and engage in many fun activities.

 

Not only are these kids taken care of by church members, but they are taught Bible lessons and given the simple truth of God's word at a level they can understand.

Our volunteers in the Journey Explorers include both actual mothers and professional caregivers. They are very experienced and love children very much, and are dedicated to teaching our kids.
